Hey everyone, I was wondering what is the first area where you see noticeable change while losing weight? I always tend to lose weight in my face first and then my arms.

My face is also where I notice if I've gained any of the weight back. (Unfortunately I have)

You may not be getting many responses because the pictures are taken at completely different angles, but I can definitely see the difference! I also tend to carry fat in my face.0

Me too, look here lol:
Those pictures are about 35lbs apart. That's the weight of my youngest son lol. Oddly enough with me, there wasn't really any 'order' of loss...it seemed pretty all over, with the remainder now being on my belly, my love handles, and it seems to me, like under my chin lol.0 -
I can really tell the difference. I start noticing the difference in the same pattern: first my face, then my arms, next my stomach, and finally the hardest thing is my legs. Here are some better facial pictures.

How long does it take for your lower body to actually follow suit? Lol. Losing my thighs if far harder for me than any other places. I walk, I do squats, a jump rope, etc. They will not budge.0

i just starteded my diet today and i am super nervous about having saggy skin when im done, and im also conerned about the fact that this website tells you to et the calories you burned off? why would i do tht?0
