Hi! Today is my first time on this site. I hope to find some support and inspiration here! I'm an "oldie" at trying to loose weight. I've been up and down too many times to count! My mission is to loose so I can be around long enough to enjoy some happy times with my grandkids - especially the newest little one!

    Hi Welcome to the site, I just started the end of May. It is good to be able to see what you are eating and how it adds up.

    Hi! Just started this today. I'm a 45 year old woman that needs to lose about 30 pounds. Getting back into the swing of things is going to be a little rough but I'm in decent shape just need to exercise. Going to use the 1200 count on this program and keep my fingers crossed! Hello from CA!
