Let's Try This Again

I was using MFP since February but in May around my wedding time things go so hectic I dropped off. Gained 2 pounds from what I had made it to (Started at 236, made it to 209 I'm back to 211) So it's time to start again. Unfortunately before I was really only active on my phone and when I lost the phone I also lost that account cause I cant for the life of me remember the log in info. Lol. But I'm here to lose weight. I have to do this for me, MY way. I dont plan to exercise excessively (sometimes not at all) and I'm not gonna go on a "salad" diet. Im gonna watch what I eat and try to stay under MFP's reccomendations for the day.
I'm always down for moral support so add me.

    Loosing weight is not easy. I just started this myself today and I know what it is like to loose and then gain again. Good job on taking it off again. I hope this tool is helpful for us both! :smile:
