I started out at 257#, and a size 18/19, and a 2x or 3x shirt (womens)... Today I went shoppping and bought a pair of american eagle jeans size 10! and 2 pairs of Calvin Kleins size 12!! Im 192# and I am wearing an xl womens shirt!

Congratulations! I always feel good when I drop a size. I prefer that over constantly monitoring the scale.
