Hope everyone has some fun weekend plans coming up!
We're going to North Dallas (hi, MM) for a family visit - then I come back Sunday night to turn around to go to Fort Worth for a visit to my sister on Monday.
Yesterday, I did the elliptical and walk/jog at the gym. Good news - my favorite teacher has a spin class again - bad news, it's 9:30am Saturday. Good news - they now have a boot camp class,- bad news, it's right after said spin class. I will try to make it to one or the other next Saturday.
Today, I'm doing the bike thing. Tomorrow and Sunday - either walking in the park or getting a day pass at the local gym.

Mary, we should meet up some time when you come through! That would be cool! I pray for traveling mercies for you this weekend! That's a lot of driving!
I did my push ups today. Not sure if I am doing them right, but I made it through level 2! I'm going to test this weekend. I really should be able to do 70 but I kind of expect about 55. :laugh:
I am also shopping today. I don't know if I will work out today, depends on how tired I am from shopping. I also just feel weird having people outside my house working and I'm working out inside, even with the blinds closed. I find I am motivated to do things when I know I can't do them. I'm motivated to clean the house when it's bedtime because I know I can't do it right then...I have to go to sleep. I was motivated to work out yesterday when I didn't feel good because I knew I wasn't going to. When I can do it I don't want to. I think I'm still pmsing so that's why I'm such a drag today. I need to go. I am tempted to eat out today but I'm going to try not to. I need to come home and eat a salad or something.

Good luck with your push-up test this weekend, MM! I have day 3 to do tonight, and then I'll be doing my own "final" test sometime over the weekend myself. I guess I am hoping for 100! But 50 is more likely. :laugh: Oh, and I hope the new siding works out for you - I like pet rats, too, but having them in the house would scare me. We've had bats - very alarming!
I haven't worked out this week hardly at all except for the push-ups... I came in to work early today, so I am planning to leave early and hit the gym for some time on the elliptical. I think I'll do the one that has the incline today, instead of the one that has the arms. My arms are probably getting enough work with the push-ups.

I just got back from an afternoon of walking. Tired now, so walking will sub. for bikram today. I might do some stretching later here at home, as I'm very stiff and sore from my Tues, Weds, Thurs workouts still.
Oh, and MM. . .I'm right there with you on the "PMSing and a drag today" business. I just want to sit and be real quiet and not deal with other humans. Which is probably why a long walk instead of the crowded yoga studio today.

I so want to be a contortionist! That is what attracted me to yoga so far, I can just touch my elbows together behind my back - I'm working on the backbend where you touch the back foot to the head (King Pigeon).
Food porn warning:
just had some coffee and coffee cake - I cut off the bottom half of the cake, so to have more of the sweet cinnamon/sugar part, but then tried dunking the other part in the coffee - yum - ate the entire thing. I find that I really like the combination of certain foods more than single foods - artichokes with tomato type sauces - eggs with gruyere and veggies - and anything with cinnamon and sugar - even more so than chocolate.
My food discovery since eating whatever I want.0
