What do you guys think? It's been nearly 30 days.

Here are my stats:

Sedentary
5'7"
31 years old
exercise 5-6 times/week; averaging 60-80 min each time; averaging 660 cals burned
1200 cals goal in MFP; averaging 1400 cals consumed after completion of diary

Do you think I could be losing MORE weight if I eat more of my exercise cals? I did lose some weight, 3 pounds roughly, with staying under my calorie goal (net cal goal). So I'm not sure if I should eat more to see more weight loss? I always end up with about 300-400 cals left in the red to be consumed, but I'd rather stay under simply because I feel safer this way.
