This is my first day here and I wanted to share something new that I'm doing to help with my motivation and to see if anyone else has done this.
About 2 years ago I was 118 lbs and I looked great. Of course at the time I thought I was fat anyways, and if I could go back and strangle myself I would. Today I weigh 149 lbs and I'm trying to get back to where I was before my life took these crazy turns that lead me to here.
So to motivate myself, I printed out pictures of myself from back then, and pictures of body types that I like. I am taping them on my fridge and cabinets. That way when I go to get something to eat or have a weak moment where I want to binge, I can be reminded of what I'm working towards.
Another idea is to put pictures in your car, that way when you want to stop and get a Big Mac you can rethink it.
So has anyone else tried this, or something similar?

I look at fashion deal sites almost every day (like Gilt, Ideeli, hautelook) and live next to a mall with a lot of designer stores - Every time I see an awesome pair of designer jeans or a cute dress at the Ted Baker store (or pass the John Varvatos store - even though that's all mens clothes) - I think how awesome ti would be to look GOOD in that stuff. Not just be able to fit itno it but actually rock it and make it look good.0
