I started my weight loss journey a year ago when I stopped smokeing!!!! Made it hard but I managed 30 lbs gone (includeing the 10 lbs I gained from not smokeing). Decided to try and start a family so I went off my meds and gained all the weight back in a month. I got discouraged and stoped watching what I ate, and exerciseing. I have gotten in touch with a long lost friend and we are going to exercise class together and I love it. Now I'm looking for a good way to monitor my food again and find some of that much needed motivational stories and friends! Feel free to add me cause I am looking for some friends :) I have 100lbs to loose so I got a long road ahead of me and no fun solo! Thanks in advance :)
