Banana and Cinnamon Wrap

Just had this for breakfast as I felt like something different and it was quite nice so thought I would share :smile:


Heat a plain tortilla wrap in a microwave for about 30-35 seconds. Sprinkle the tortilla with 3/4 tsp of sweetener and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. Chop a banana and place on the tortilla, then sprinkle 1/4 tsp of cinnamon over the banana. Fold and enjoy. :happy:



I typed all the ingredients in under 'recipes' on MFP and the values it gave me for this wrap were as follows:

Calories - 290
Carbs - 60
Protein - 6
Fat - 3

    A pitta might work, not really sure. To be honest, it was just a case of I didn't know what to eat for breakfast so just decided to have something different lol :tongue:

    For some reason on my food tracker it now says 7g for protein and 4g for fat :huh: Carbs and calories still the same thouh

    I love to do that but just spreading the banana on some hot toast. I'll definately have to try adding cinnamon in too
