So the calorie thing is no big deal I was counting calories and doing a lot of p90x back about a year ago and went from 225 to 185. Now I'm looking to drop down to 170 and I just started using the information that was given to me here. What I noticed though is that per day it suggests about 70 protein (was not sure if that was grams) and my day finishes out at about 117 or so. I hear some people say you should have 1g per pound. Or that to much messes with your kidney. I am pretty much eating the same as I did now when I lost my 40 pounds. So I suppose simply my primary concern is the protein intake. Is going over the 70 going to bad in the long run?
