Going to stop by the grocery store in a few hours any recommendations would be lovely! Let me know what you like to eat!

    Some meal ideas that I love:

    Chobani peach yogurt & raw walnuts
    2% Cottage cheese and fresh strawberries and/or pineapple
    Tunafish, boiled egg on lettuce in a whole wheat wrap
    Thomas thin bagel w/ cream cheese & egg
    Chicken breast (boneless, skinless & trimmed) with veggies

    Lots of fresh veggies and herbs. I would get a potato, asparagus, mushrooms, and some tarragon, thyme, or rosemary. Microwave a small potato and pan fry it with the veggies in a small amount of olive oil, then season with fresh herbs, salt and freshly ground pepper. A simple low cal meal that's really satisfying.

    Get some Gardein chik'n breasts and Boca Burgers. Very low in calories, no cholesterol. Gardein has lots of other good complete meals, all low in calories.
