How to log Kinect games?

So, I just got a new Xbox with Kinect. I only have one game for it right now (Kinect Adventures, came with it), but anyone who's actually played it knows that you can work up a good sweat with it. But the question is, what to log it as? The dance and fitness ones seem pretty obvious, but what about the non-obvious ones? I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I can't go by that.

Anyone have any ideas, or also have a Kinect and have figured out a way to do it?

I play the kinect as well, I would just keep track of how many minutes you've played and record it as high impact aerobics if you're doing the jumping games, and low impact if you're doing the not-so-intense games, or a combo of both. I have the Your Shape for kinect, but I have to say I'm kind of disappointed with it because it doesn't really get your heart rate up. It will for a minute and then you have to stop and watch the instructor show you something for a minute that you can catch on to in 5 seconds- annoying. Between that and waiting for the next exercise to load, I feel like I move for 2 minutes and rest for a minute never breaking that sweat. The only nice thing about it is that it calculates how many calories you've burned as you go along (not sure its too accurate without a heart rate monitor, but whatever). I would save your money and maybe try a different exercise game like the EA sports- not sure what its like, but I've heard good things. And you can't go wrong with Jillian Michaels stuff (biggest loser game).
