work out time ???

I was wondering if there is such thing as " the best time to workout " ? besides the fact that as long as your doing some type of exercise etc etc....... any thoughts ? first thing in the morning ? after breakfast but before lunch maybe....

    I would say the best time to workout is when you have the time. I prefer to workout in the morning. I feel like I get a boost from it and it makes me feel so much better all day.

    i work out in the evenings. if i got up at 5 am to work out, i'd be awfully cranky for the rest of the day! i think it's whenever you have time that is good :)

    I like to run in the morning when the temp is cooler....plus, if i go in the evening, i dread it all day bc it will be hot and i will be grouchy from work. I think it is whatever works best for your schedule!
