Upping My Calorie Intake?

Options
Hi All,

I'm trying to lost a little bit of weight before my holiday in September, nothing excessive, but I've got a problem. I'm not sure if this applies to anyone else on here, but I've found that by making my diet healthier my calorie intake has (obviously) dropped. The problem I'm having is that I am struggling to reach my daily calorie intake of 1200. This isn't just occasionally, it's every day.

What I'm hoping someone could help me with is, do any of you have any tips on healthy snacks that would help to boost my calorie's in a positive way, instead of me just eating cake to up them and therefore making my fat and sugar intake rocket too? Or, any suggestions of what to add to my meals to increase them in that respect?

Any advice is welcome!

Thanks in advance!

Get some fruits and veggies into your diet. Apples, bananas, oranges, carrots, tomatos, cucumber, celery. You could try some cottage cheese, nuts, greek yogurt for additional snacks.
