Question about supper tonight..

Ok, I am making fried hamburger steaks for the family..They refuse to eat healthy so..:grumble: Anyway I was gonna put my hamburger steak aside but cant decide how to cook it to make it healthy..:huh: Any ideas on how i should cook it? and what would be some healthy sides..And how much meat/sides should i eat? Thanks!!:bigsmile:

    you can cook it in a different pan with no added fats... add peppers and mushrooms, and onions. To go with it do not have gravy!! Not even if you make mashed potatoes... bake yourself one if you are making them, or use broth rather than butter and milk in them.

    That sounds really good..I think i will do that~! I will bake me a potatoe and do the family mashed potatoes and gravy! Thanks!!

    You should eat about 3 oz. Or what would be about the size of a deck of cards. You could also grill it. All the grease would drip off of it. Or if you pan cook it you can blot off the grease with a paper towel.
