Another newbie here. I've lost 9lbs since January, using portion control and Jillian Micheals DVD's at home but around May I just quit working out. Since then I've gained roughly 2 lbs back. I've discovered I need to be around others who have my same goals in mind or I lose interest and motivation quickly. I've got around 10lb left to reach my goal weight but more importantly I want to led a healthy lifestyle and be active.
