Is this a good toning workout? I do mostly cardio but notice I have ZERO muscle tone. Especially in the arms. I'm not a huge fan of weight lifting execises so this looked to be a good combo of cardio with weights.

Thoughts.....opinions?

and for someone that's never done a class (doesn't belong to a gym and works out at home because I have 3 kids).....what's a good DVD with proper technique and not overly torturous for a newbie?

I don't have kettlebells, but I HAVE used them once and they are AWESOME! My work is *hopefully* going to get a set soon and I am really lookin forward to incorporating them into my routine.

You definitely should get some weight lifitng in though! It doesn't have to be every day, even 2 times a week would be great! You'll notice many more GOOD changes in your body :)

I don't know of any DVDs that involve kettlebells, but I do know Jillian Michaels has one that uses them. I'm sure there are others out there. Have you checked out collagevideo.com yet? It's a great site.
