P90X Advice

So, I recently started the p90x program, Week 2 Day 2! Now, I have a question: What does everyone recommend as a "max" weight for lifting for women who would like to be lean and not bulk? I am currently able to do most curls and etc with 10 lbs and am following Tony's advice and doing my 12-15 reps (mostly 15).... I might be ridiculous, but I am extremely nervous about bumping my weight up and becoming ... well, large and muscly. Should I just start adding more reps instead of weight, or is there really nothing to worry about?
If there is anyone out there who can help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Don't worry. With out supplementation it's not that easy for most women to "bulk up". Keep increasing your weights and keep track of your measurements. If your measurements reach a point where you start thinking my arms look too big, stop increasing the weights.0
