Just sharing this YUMMY recipe:

1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/4 cup instant oatmeal
2 to 3 tbsp. of water
Nonstick cooking spray

Combine ingredients, mix, and cook on nonstick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray.

Nutrition Breakdown:
313 cals
31 g protein
27 g carbs
8 g fat
5 g fiber

    I make this too - I blend it up with an immersion blender so it is batter consistency and then top with natural PB - yum!!
