I took last week easy exercise wise due to a injury the week before so I decided to hit it hard yesterday as i was feeling great. In boot camp I was finally able to do the running instead of an alternate exercise not only that I did the running fast enough to be in the middle of the pack. Later in the day i took my son to a trampoline park and decided to jump with him for a while. He wore out a lot faster then i did which was a shock. Later that evening i went to pole fitness classes and was finally able to do spins and hold my body weight up for more then a brief second. I finally feel like I'm keeping up with the women in all my classes. It was a big day of success. Its amazing when you finally start seeing progress.
