I've been doing the same strength exercises for months now and I'm really tired of them. I need some suggestions for a girl that CAN'T AFFORD a gym membership or fancy equipment. I have some dumbbells but that's about it.

I've been doing--

Arms: bicep curls, etc. plus modified pushups
Abs: crunches, reverse crunches, twist crunches (not sure what the technical term is), and bicycle kicks
Legs/butt: lunges and squats

Thanks!

Go to bodybuilding.com. The have complete routines for men and women complete with workout sheets to follow along and track your progress. If they have a move you can't do or have the equipment for do a google search or an alternate move that works the same muscle.
Also, have you looked into P90X? Great Program for men and women alike.

I'm NO good with arms, but I would suggest Pilates for abs! Here's a youtube video I found! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kin6AYFBOKE&feature=related

What about cardio? Maybe try walking, hiking, running, biking, swimming at a beach or lake. Or go to the library and borrow workout DVDs. Don't limit yourself!
