New Reports on Antioxidants ... Too much is not a good thing

There are some interesting studies coming out that the general public may be "overdoing it" when it comes to antioxidants ... I'll be curious to see how these studies pan out ... but I guess it goes back to the old theory "too much of anything ..... "

I believe too much of anything, even if it's good for you, isn't good. Everything should be in moderation and there should be variety. But yeah, reports are changing all the time. The other day I looked up if one cup of coffee per day is beneficial, and in 2001 (I think?) one report said it would cause cancer, and in 2011 a report says drinking 6 cups per day prevents prostate cancer. So I don't know.. everything in moderation0
