Diretic for bloat - what do you think?

Hello ladies mostly :-) I was wondering about taking a directic for a day or so to get rid of this excess bloat from (that time of the month) - for some reason I'm retaining water like crazy and super bloated this month. I've not being eating too much salt or anything so I know it's just hormonal but it's making me feel yucky.
Any thoughts on it - I know long term they aren't safe, but I just figured for a day or 2 to get rid of this bloat/water weight.

Try taking some midol. It always works for me with the water, bloat, muscle relaxer. I even give it to my husband when his back hurts...it really does work for that time!0

Some of them can be dangerous- i would avoid unless its a major problem. The most effective ingredient is the caffeine, i believe. I think you are just as well to save the money and have a cup of coffee and ice water with lots of lemon (a natural diuretic).0

I would not recommend using a diuretic. It's setting yourself up for dehydration if you are still exercising, etc. Take some midol.0
