hiya guys

Iv recently broken cartilege in my knee and im on crutches and exercises i can do that doesnt involve extending my leg ( the cartilege has stopped me fully extending my leg x any ideas would be awesome x

    i tore the cartilege in my knee in high school and the exact same thing happened to me. eventually it would work it's way loose and i could flex my knee but if i bent down too far it would lock back up.

    i guess you could do some seated upper body work. dumbbells would probably be safest.
    you can work your chest, shoulders and arms without putting any stress on your knee.

    I'm in a similar boat. I've been told nothing but walking until after my MRI and we figure out what's wrong with my knee so I'm planning on lots of sitting upper body work.
