Hi all,
I'm really glad to find this site. I've been eating low-carb for awhile, but those last few lbs (12-13) are hard to get off without some serious calorie counting. I think my hypothyroidism and high-normal blood glucose play a factor in my ability to lose weight.
I've done a ton of research and reading on the effect of low-carb eating on lipid profiles and overall health, so I'm looking forward to helping others where I can and gain additional perspectives from those of you who are experienced in other areas.
