Does anyone know about alpistre? Is this a supplement? If so how do u use it?

    Be careful, I think it is more of a supplement for fiber or something of that sort, but I looked on fb about it and is it can cause liver damage and certain cancers if you don't take it in the proper form or so. I suggest you research the product a good bit more.
