If you can tolerate soy products there are many low calorie choices. I lost most of my weight so far by eliminating starches for 30 days and cutting back drastically on my sugar content. If you choose low sodium foods you will also benefit. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water each day.
I like to look at the recipes for diabetic people as they are generally healthier all around. Weight watchers frozen meals are also a healthier alternative.
Here are some other recipe sites that have healthier choices:

You should be able to use a lot of your favorite recipes, just be careful of portions and try some substitutions. For instance, if a recipe includes pasta or rice, reduce the amount of that ingredient and increase the amount of vegetables instead. You're still get a good sized serving but not as many calories and more fiber/nutrients. And check labels, some brands have less calories or fat than others for the same serving size - just be careful that there's not a ton more sugar or sodium as those micronutrients can add up to trouble as well.
And don't discount fat altogether - some of them are actually good for you!0 -
Portobello Mushroom Pizza is one of my favorites. It's 99 calories per serving. And I find it really filling!
4 Portobello mushroom caps
1 leek
1 onion
4 roma tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
5 basil leaves
1 lemon
4 TBS parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Heat 1-2 tsp. of oil in a large pan. Chop onion and saute until slightly brown. Add chopped leeks, onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Saute until soft. Add torn basil leaves and juice of lemon. Fill each mushroom cap and top with cheese. Bake for 12 mins.0 -
Salad
Just had one for lunch - Lettuce, celery, tomato, spinach, red onion, green pepper & cucumber with a little balsamic vinegar & olive oil.
To make it a supper add a grilled or steamed chicken breast.
For dessert a piece of fruit: Apple, banana, pear, etc.0 -

What i did when i first started was make my normal meals but measured portions, switched to whole wheat and cut out the butter. I bought a spray oil and a good non stick ceramic pan so i wont need a lot of oil. I also changed my portions sizes, I used to have 45% carbs, 45% protein, and %10 veg(if any) on my dinner plate. now i have lots of veggies, small amount of carbs, and a healthy serving of low fat meat (chicken breast or fish)0

Good luck!!0 -
Cooking Light magazine has some amazing recipes. Be careful though, some of them have odd ingredients or pricey ingredients. However, they often take a favorite recipe, ie. lasagna, and make it more healthful.
Food Network has a few chefs that promote healthy cooking and eating. Try their website.
One last bit of advice is to buy fresh... not frozen or canned. Buy enough for one or two meals and make enough for left-overs.
Good luck.0 -
Google it girl... But like the rest salads and just throw in the meat or none at all. Or bake some chicken or fish with some peppers and onions, try some curry powder, Sweet potato and some veggies. Or skinless bonelss chicken cut the inside at the top and stuff it with garlic, spinach peppers etc, roll it in egg whites and then wheat germ( sea salt and pepper to taste ) and throw that puppy in the oven, followed by a small salad.. Girl thats a meal right there0
