I just got my 30ds DVD today and after seeing all the fantastic results of the workouts on here I am so excited to get started! How do you plug in your calories burned for this work out though?

Also If you're wanting to start the shred feel SO MUCH MORE THAN FREE to friend me or keep on this thread and go through it with me! The more the merrier and it'd be nice to be able to stay accountable with someone!

Hi! I count mine using a heart rate monitor..Im not sure if it's logged in as an mfp exercise, but Im sure it would be! have fun with jillian! i dont do it every day..more like every other day so my 30 day shred is more like a 60 day grate!

I bought a Heart Rate Monitor to get accurate results. I burn a little over 200 cals when i do it, depending on my intensity. Don't let it doscourage you! It gets easier every time you do the dvd. I am on Level 3 day 2 (yesterday) It's tough but so fulfilling when you make it all the way through a level without stopping for a rest! PUSH YOURSELF!

I'm on Day 6, but I'd love to go through the rest of the journey with you! Feel free to add me as a friend! :)

I use my HRM to get the calories burned since that's the most accurate... not sure what it would be classified as in the database though...

I added it to "my exercises" and use a heart rate monitor.

Awesome! I was wondering if that was how it's done - I don't have one, but i'll pick one up so that I can be as accurate as possible! :)

Yay! I'm excited! I'm sure it's tough - but I'm SO ready for this! I just hope I can actually commit to it - I've don't these 30 day things before or 6 week program dvd's I always get to week 3 and fade out.... here's to finishing this one!

I bought the DVD a while back but my sister's had it for ages since she wanted to tone up to fit into a posh dress for a BIG do she was going to. Finally got it back this weekend. Need to get motivated to make the time to start using it!
