I've started P90X workouts and was surprised to see none of them were in the data base. I know yoga is in there and aerobics for cardio x. I've just completed the core synergistics and have no idea what to count that as. I know I burned calories though, it was a tough workout. I really could use your input. Thanks.

I use a HRM to get my Cals burned and then enter them myself on my program0

You will need to create the workout under Cardio. That's what I do anyway.
Oh and of course you will need a good HRM so you will know how many calories you burned.0
