SO I guess I knew I had been steadily putting on the pounds (15-10lbs a year!) but it wasn't until I recently saw a picture of myself that I said "Who's that girl?" Then once my husband and I booked our 2nd anniversary trip, a cruise, I knew I had to do something right now...like right right now!
So I'm walking 30 minutes and more a day. I'm monitoring what I eat. And I am drinking lots of water. All so that I can binge on that cruise ship LOL. No, I just want to look as good in my suit as I did on my honeymoon. I only have until October 1 to lose at least 20 lbs.
My short term goal is 5 lbs this month, my mid term goal 20 lbs and long term goal (anniversary #3) to be the weight I was when we first met that would be 50lbs lighter from this point. I can do this I just need to keep my goals in sight and keep focused!
