Hello, new mom here...

I'm currently 4 weeks postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding, so I joined MFP to help me keep track of my foods and to help me stay healthy.
I have oral allergy syndrome, which prevents me from eating raw (and some cooked) fruits, vegetables, and nuts, making it really hard to diet properly. If anyone else has any experience or suggestions, that would be most welcome! :)

It's really nice to see such a great fitness site, and I'm really glad to have joined.
