Where is everybody this morning? Running, i hope.

Did my 5K race this morning. 25 minutes, reasonable for me, but a bit slower than I had hoped. But I paced it fairly well, running each mile faster than the one before and still had a good sprint for the last stretch.

    Good job, runnerdad!!

I got my flu shot y'day, and my arm was really heavy this morning. I was going to swim at the Y, but decided to do some Turbo Jam at home instead. I did Cardio Party 2, fun workout!

Hope you all have a good weekend!

Nice job on your run, Tom!

I got 7.4 miles in today before the rain. I did it at a pretty nice pace, averaging about and 8.6 minute mile. I'm crossing my fingers that I'm able to get my long run in tomorrow. My husband and son are going to a football game all day, and my 3 year old has lost patience with the jog stroller a long, long tome ago. If i can get someone to watch her for 2 hours, I'll be golden. Only a month until my 1/2 marathon and I'm getting nervous!

    Go Phillies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:drinker:

    Great job runnerdad!

Ow, jessmom, I hate shots! :frown: Here's hoping you stay well all flu season! :drinker:

Hessie, it sounds like you're doing great. Good luck!

I didn't run today, it's finally my day off. I am glad because I'm SO TIRED. I feel like I haven't slept in a week. I barely made it through work and then I came home and slept for an hour and a half. Tomorrow I don't work and today I'm eating maintenance so I should be good for my 7 miles tomorrow. I will be walking and doing some yoga though because my hammies are tight!
