New to MFP!

Hello everyone,

I finally decided to sign up for MFP! After eating whatever I felt like in college and going straight to a desk job, I have some weight to lose. One of my good friends is getting married next September and I DO NOT want to be a chunky bridesmaid!

I am loving MFP so far...it's making me be much more conscious about my food and exercise choices. I'm hoping to make some connections with other folks that are working on making their lives healthier too. Add me! :)

    Hi! I'm new here too!! I love the food diary - so many foods are already in there for me. Journaling keeps me sane...
