Easy on the knees

Options
I used to play softball when I was in high school and it injured my left knee. The pain has come back with a vengeance but I still want to workout. I still am able to go on walks but I want to do more.

    You could try a stationary bike to built up your knees that's what my boyfriend did when he went to the gym. Or stick with walking and do easy toning excercises such as push ups, sit ups, squats, etc. Hope this helps
