For the next 6 weeks i am going to be really really busy with work. Although I will still be able to exercise im not going to be able to exercise as much. Im getting worried im going to gain weight! any advice?

    yea, watch ur diet and be super conscious of wat u eat and stay within ur daily caloric limits! ull b fine!

    Ya, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just watch what you eat.

    just watch your diet :) if you can get a small workout in the mornings, that will help keep your metabolism up for the rest of the day as well! good luck!! :smile:

    Squeeze in activity when you can. If you have ten minutes you could do sit ups, push ups, lunges, jumping jacks, etc. If you sit at a desk all day do desk exercises. Do the best you can.

    I'd say just be sure to watch what you eat, and try to get some exercise in, even if for half an hour. Try to mix it up too, and keep challenging yourself no matter how short of a time you are in the gym.

    Try going for walks or doings stairs during your break. :) good luck, and don't get discouraged!
