Kinesis Calories?

I just did a Kinesis Burn circuit, and didn't know if anyone knew an "average" calorie count. I just want to get an idea. I am getting a heart rate monitor soon. Just wanted to get an estimate! And if you have never tried Kinesis, you should give it a try!!
