42 pounds gone, not done yet (pics)

Started at 215 in march 2011 now 4 months later im at 172 and going down. Havent been this small in 25+ years. was in size 38 pants now down to 34's and they are starting to fall off ;].

i went to fatburningfurnce.com and downloaded there book, tells you what excerises to do and when and what foods to eat and how many work great so far.
