How many calories a day are you eating? You only have a few pounds to lose so it's going to be HARD. I would set your goal to 0.5lbs a week. Make sure you eat all your exercise calories and then really focus on working out hard. Maybe up your strength training. Just focus on getting into really good shape and hopefully the last few imperfections will fade.
  • You aren't losing weight because you don't need to. You lose anymore and you'll be underweight. If you have flab, you just need to do more cardio and lifting.

I would suggest cutting back on cardio and increasing your strength training. You might actually need to INCREASE your calorie intake.

I'm 5'2 also. :) It's hard to tell without seeing your food diary. Can you open it up? You may not be eating enough or the cardio your doing may not be intense enough to be burning fat. Interval and or circuit training is great for burning off fat. What is your calorie goal set to and are you meeting that goal?

I'm guessing you aren't eating enough.

You would fall into Stage 4 - technically you're at a healthy weight, so what you really should be focusing on is body composition - building muscle/losing fat but not really focusing on losing weight.

Make sure, if you do set a goal to lose weight, that it is only 1/2 lb a week. With very little (if any) to lose, you shouldn't be trying to lose any faster than that.
