    I know I already mentioned how much I like these....I wanted to say I made mini versions of these Sunday for my son's b-day party. Everyone LOVED them! I served the egg rolls with a sweet chili sauce (kind of like duck sauce, but with a little heat) and they were gone in record time. They were a perfect appetizer!
