So yesterday I got a call and my cousin had a baby. How exciting. I knew that I was a bored and mad binge eater however I didn't know I was a happy binge eater also. :grumble: This fusterates me. I went over my calories. WAY over and then after I felt horrible. I was so mad at myself all i wanted to do was purge (which I have never done ever). It was too late for me to exercise by the time I got home from seeing the baby. Today I have been much better. Staying in my limits but I still feel bad from yesterday. How do you get over that?? Also, I have learned to deal with binges when im angry and bored but do I use that also when Im excited. I use exercise. Tips advice. THank you.

Well we always come around days that we do over eat. I was like you the other night when I over indulged in my favorite spagetti. I knew when I was putting it on my plate that I probably shouldn't eat as much as I was putting there but did it anyway. I felt so bad the rest of the night even though I did do 45mins of cardio which still didn't help me at all. I felt so fat. I just picked myself up and said tomorrow is another day and I am going to have challenges that I have to overcome and I will get through this. It didn't happen over night that I put on all of this weight and it won't come off over night god I wish it did. I just keep thinking it is a new journey and we do fall off the wagon and I just get right back up and start all over again.
Just think that you have come so far already and just a little set back, just remember to :drinker: :drinker: water and stay postive.
Good Luck:flowerforyou:0 -
