My nsv today

Hi all,

I just had a great nsv and had to share as I thought I wasn't getting any where.
Got measured at the gym today my belly fat on the pincher thingy has gone from 90 down to 83!!!!! over all my % is 33 and my cms have gone down heaps and heaps too. Especially around my waist. & yesterday the chick who does the creche at the gym hadn't seen me for a week & she commented on how much firmer I look Thought my jeans felt a bit looser last night.
