Calories in pizza?? Over or under-estimating?

Today I had 2 slices of pizza from a local mom and pop pizza shop. They are relatively thin crust and the slices come from a large pie, probably 16in. I had 1 slice that was basically white pizza with dollops of pizza sauce and a little bit of pesto which I estimated 290 calories for (using papa johns large cheese slice). And then the second slice was my favorite...a buffalo chicken finger pizza slice! Basically white pizza with ranch and hot sauce and pieces of breaded buffalo chicken breast...which I estimated at 400 calories and just used quick add. I know that isn't the best choice for lunch but I really wanted it and I don't feel guilty at all. However I want to make sure I'm not messing with my calorie limit if i underestimated the amount of calories.

So what do you guys think? I know its hard to estimate with some foods so I just wanted to get a general consensus. Do these calorie counts sound reasonable or should I have done more or less?

First sounds about right. The second might be higher. We recently made pizza from scratch and were amazed how the calories added up..

You are probably around target on both. Just be careful with quick add. . . . that second slice alone almost definitely had over 1000 mg of sodium.
