No, not the weight....the motivation! Here I was worried about how I was going to do on vacation, and I can't even stay away from food right now!! I haven't lost anything in a week, in fact I've gained a tiny bit (a pound, but that's gonna happen).
I had planned on working out tonight, but got busy looking at touristy things online, and playing on FB, blogging, etc.
Ever since I hit my half way mark, I've not really given up...just fallen off I guess. I need a serious push. I mean like...PUUUUUUUUUSH! LOL

I wrote the above blog post yesterday and perhaps it could help you find some motivation again? You've hit your half way mark and that is SOOOO amazing, do not slow down now! It's the time to push yourself harder than you ever have before and have faith in yourself because you can do it! I know you can!0 -
I stalled over and over again... but I never gave up! Consider this just a stall in your journey too. Dig deep and find the strength to finish what you started! Here's my story. Maybe it will help inspire you?

Don't give up...I know for almost 3 weeks I didn't lose a pound and wanted to just QUIT...but if you don't quit you will see the change..I didn't want to workout today at ALL, but looking at some of the photo's people posted today...motivated me to want to keep it going...
Join a challenge that's what I do to try and keep motivated...you can do this!

Don't you feel so much better now than when you started? Don't you owe it to yourself to discover other NSV are waiting for you? Goal weight you would be jumping up and down screaming - "no don't quit now!!!"
Maybe you need a fun new workout? Maybe just busting out some air squats during commercials, etc.0 -
I love looking at the Success Stories forum. I haven't struggled with motivation yet, but I know it will happen, and that forum is awesome for inspiration and for rejuvenating your drive. The before and afters are unbelievable!0

im just getting back on track...lost 20lbs (of my goal of 40) then basically didnt exercise for 2 months and only ate good part of the time. i only gained back 2 lbs, but i need to get back at this and finish those last 22 lbs!!! we can do this! good luck0

I think looking at the Success Stories is a great idea as well.
To try and keep myself motivated, I've got a dress that I know I can't fit into now, but if I continue to work hard and push myself, I'll get there. And once I do that, I'll find something else to strive forward with.

Everybody needs a break. Don't sweat it. You'll be fine and your motivation will return. Usually watching a hyped movie or a blood pumping jam usually gets me going.0

Keep it up! I've stalled numerous times. Just don't let yourself roll back down the hill! Put the brakes on! Picture yourself how you want to be and keep at it. You can do it!0
