Hey there! My name is Candice, I had a lap RNY in December of 2008. Since then I have lost 184 pounds. I had to have a revision 2 months ago due to excess scar tissue build up and also a large ulcer. I am doing much better since then and have noticed myself starting to slip back in to old habits. I don't take my vitamins nor do I drink my protein shakes like I should...if ever...lol. I have no one to hold me accountable other than myself, and I will let myself slack...I know...I've seen me do it...lmao! ;) I got down to 167 pounds and am now back up to 179 pounds and hate it, I am fairly tall at 5'10 so I don't want to go really low but would like to lose at least another 20 pounds or so. I did get all the way up to 185 but have managed to get it down some. I am hoping to find others on here that are in need of support just as much as I am. Even though I've had so much trouble since the surgery, I am still glad that I had it. I just need to get back on track and get this extra weight back off. Hope all is going well for everyone!
