Food to Deal with Adrenaline Crash

Hi all
I'm a litigator, and when we're in court, there's a certain adrenalin high to doing it. The problem with this is that there's also a corresponding adrenalin crash about two hours after I'm out of court. Exercise seems to help, if I get it before the crash, but if not, I need food.
The problem is, what food? No, it's not water. That doesn't help. Meat (protein) helps somewhat, sweets don't, starches don't, veggies certainly don't. It might be fat or oil (usually associated with meat) but I'm not certain. Does anyone with some knowledge of physiology and nutrition what I might be looking for and why?

I know that chocolate gives you a certain high... much like caffeine but in chocolate the chemical responsible is called Theobromine, this will also create mild addiction according to some studies and can lead to withdrawal symptoms. Not sure about other aliments though.0

well, at least you are aware of this issue. I would not have thought of this. I guess it is trial and error, to figure what works for you. All the best with that. Protein does not work???0
