no energy

usually i have energy to spare but today i just feel i dont know out of it no energy at all i know its not that its not the heat ( it was 99 here today) i love the heat besides i was inside at work til 10 tonight when i went ( forced myself to go walk my 5 miles) but i have just felt so listless all day anyone feel this way? i have lost 21 lbs so far so i dont know if its something im doing , not doing or if im just coming down with whatever is going around work hummmm or could it be cause "aunt flow " is fixing to visit ?? i was seriously craving salt today
