and I don't see anything wrong with daily weigh ins. only 1 time though, not multiple. I read in articles people who maintain their weight better when they weigh daily.
But you have to see it as a tool. You should track your daily weights on a chart and watch it move that way. You can't expect to lose weight every day but really on a curve or average.
If daily weighin's are getting to your motivation, then cut back to every other day or 2 times a week if you can't make it a whole week.
Remember it isn't about the scale it is about how you look and feel. I've never heard anyone say wow you look hot, how much do you weigh.0
