Workouts on the go - HELP

Hey, I've got a problem. This Sunday I'm leaving for 8 days and I won't be able to run. The thing is, I'm running a 5K on 30th July and I'm afraid I will lose my form!! This is a coach tour and I'll be changing hotels twice. I don't know names of the hotels, 'cause travel agency said they could change hotels any minute, so I have no idea if there's a gym or even a nearby park to jog. I'm thinking about doing some yoga (as a form of cross-training) in the morning before sightseeing, but I'm afraid it's not enough... -.-
Thanks in advance.

I often jog around hotels, or even up and down my hallway.

Once you get to your hotels, if you have Internet access, you can use this site- http://www.usatf.org/routes/map/ -to enter the city's zip code and map out a route for a run should there be no gym available. I also do yoga on my off-days, but it's no replacement for a run. Safe travels!

Most hotels have crummy gyms - When I travel I use my TRX set for a great full body workout. For cardio I usually go up and down the hotel stairs for 30 minutes or so.
