Did anyone watch this this morning? It had a nutritionist on doing a phone in. Lot's of interesting info given. She was against eating back exercise calories. She also poo pooed that 600 cal diabetic diet.

Her point was there no point in exercising to eat them calories even when eating in a deficit. I think one of the callers was from a site like that as her question was that she was on a 1200 calorie a day diet and should she eat back her exercise calories. the nutritionist said as long as she ate the original 1200 cals she was good.
She also didn't think it was essential to eat just before or just after exercise, just have a good drink of water during or after, don't exercise above the fat burning range as this is what makes you more hungry,. She suggested investing in a hrm to help with this.0
