:blushing: I have been using this site off and on for a few months now. I need some supportive friends on here just to let me know that all of this is worth it. It seems that one day I'm right on track and stay within my calories. The next day, like yesterday, I think "eh, why not have that Macdonalds." Because I went 350 calories over my limit for the day thats why!!! I have about 80 lbs to lose and eating Macdonalds breakfast isnt going to do it!! I would really appreciate any advice or incouragement you all have to offer. Drop me a friends request. I hope to talk to you all soon!!:blushing:
